Careers at Leder Games

Leder Games is a board game publisher that produces the fine titles of Fort, Oath, Root, Ahoy, Vast and Arcs. This summer we will be completing the upcoming Oath expansion, working on a secret project, and beginning work on new content for Arcs.

We are currently looking for up to two Production Interns.

This internship is a paid position for 10 to 20 hours weekly from June to August. Due to testing and prototype physical production, this job requires appearances at our Saint Paul, MN office. There may be opportunities for additional hours.

This position is designed to be flexible and to adapt to the needs of our staff and the interests of the interns. Generally, interns have the following duties:

Game Testing and Development. Be available to test new projects and contribute development and content creation to ongoing lines.

Prototype Production. Quickly generate physical prototypes.

Operations Support. Help the operations team with event planning, business compliance, and marketing initiatives.

In addition to gaining first hand experience of how games are made, this internship offers many opportunities to shadow Leder Games employees and learn about the ins-and-outs of production, logistics, business development, and marketing in the tabletop games industry.
