Shipping policy

No Order Edits and Cancellations

  • Due to changes in order processing, our webstore no longer is able to cancel or edit orders that have already been placed. Please make sure all items and quantities in your cart are correct.
  • Please refer to our refund policy and email us at support@ledergames.com if you need to return an unopened game as an alternative to an order cancellation.

Apparel Size/Color Edits

  • Please make sure that all orders containing apparel contain the correct sizes and/or color as we cannot edit any items once the order has been placed.
  • Please refer to our refund policy if you are in need of a return on your apparel item purchased.
  • Please note that no refunds or exchanges can be made for the incorrect size and/or color purchase of all apparel.

Pre-Orders

  • Please note that any orders containing pre-order products will not ship until the entirety of the order contents are in hand and ready to ship (aside from any apparel ordered). We will do our best to provide accurate timelines on when we expect pre-order product to reach in-stock status.
  • Pre-orders will be charged in full at the time the order is placed

US Shipping Rates

  • Orders to the US ship for free on orders over $80 USD in subtotal
    • Please note that apparel does not contribute to the free shipping threshold listed above. 
  • We offer reduced shipping prices on correction sticker sheets and on orders containing small items. Reduced shipping prices on these eligible products will reflect accordingly during checkout
  • Orders to the US ship for a flat fee of $10 USD. For unusually large or heavy orders, additional postage rates may apply and communication will be made to your email provided on your order if such is the case.
  • We offer reduced shipping prices on apparel, correction sticker sheets, and on orders containing small items that weigh less than 1lb. Reduced shipping prices on these eligible products will reflect accordingly during checkout

    US Order Processing Time 

    • Orders generally have a 5-7 business day processing time from the time you make your order. Holidays and large volumes of orders may affect how soon we can process orders and we will do our best to make proper announcements if we are seeing slower processing time than usual.
    • Please allow another 7-10 business days for delivery from the time that your tracking information is received. Holidays may delay delivery estimates. Once orders are with postal couriers, we cannot affect delivery speeds.

    Canada Shipping Costs

    • Orders to Canada under $100 USD ship for a fee of $25 USD
    • Orders to Canada between $100-$200 USD ship for a fee of $30 USD
    • Orders to Canada over $200 USD in Subtotal ship for a fee of $40 USD
    • Abnormally large or heavy shipments may be subject to additional shipping fees, of which we will notify you via email should any additional fees incur
    • We offer reduced shipping prices on apparel, correction sticker sheets, and on orders containing small items that weigh less than 1lb. Reduced shipping prices on these eligible products will reflect accordingly during checkout

    Canada Order Processing Time

    • Orders generally have a 2 week processing time from the time you make your order. Holidays and large volumes of orders may affect how soon we can process orders and we will do our best to make proper announcements if we are seeing slower processing time than usual.
    • Please allow 7–14 business days for delivery from the time that your tracking information is received. Holidays may delay delivery estimates. Once orders are with postal couriers, we cannot affect delivery speeds.
    • No additional import or customs fees are expected upon delivery

    Mexico Shipping Costs

    • Orders to Mexico under $150 USD ship for a fee of $55 USD 
    • Orders to Mexico above $150 USD ship for a fee of $55 USD

    Mexico Order Processing Time

    • Orders to Europe ship from the EU and are EU friendly. Countries outside of the EU may be subject to additional customs or duties fees upon arrival

    • We are unfortunately not expanding on our shipping regions at the moment but are still looking into reliable solutions and will update our shipping policy and site accordingly once we offer shipping to additional regions.
    • We currently do not offer shipping to some parts of Asia, South America, Africa, and some parts of Europe.  

    Retail Portal Orders

    • We currently offer retail shipping to the US, Canada, UK, and Europe
    • Retail orders placed on our retail portal ship for free on orders over $500 USD in subtotal 

    Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

    • If any items from your order arrive damaged or missing, including missing or defective game pieces, please contact support@ledergames.com for a solution.
